These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of timnq.com and any mentorship, coaching, or educational programs offered by TimNQ Consulting - F.Z.E ("timNQ", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. By applying, booking a call, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
Our programs are only available to individuals aged 18 or older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any application that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
All content provided by timNQ, including videos, live calls, mentorship sessions, and written material, is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in our programs constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Trading futures, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Access to community spaces (e.g. Discord) is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any participant for behavior that is abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive to other members.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, timNQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of this Site or participation in our programs.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
